Poush is a digital marketing agency based in Namur. Its team supports companies in the creation and implementation of tailor-made web strategies, aimed at strengthening their reputation and boosting online sales of their products and services, while adopting a responsible and sustainable approach.
The challenge
Faced with an uncertain economic landscape, rapid advances in digital technology and growing demands for sustainability, Poush has been forced to reassess its practices in order to combine growth, positive impact and consistency with its mission.
Indeed, Poush experienced a slight slowdown in the year leading up to recertification. The daily routine of a digital agency is intense, and, at times, it can be difficult to find the time to structure long-term actions.
Their small size added to the challenge: with no team member dedicated solely to CSR or certification, every effort had to be integrated into day-to-day work, sometimes creating tensions within the organisation. Despite their motivation, they needed a clear framework to continue moving forward without losing focus.

The strategy
Already B Corp certified in 2021, digital marketing agency Poush wanted to take the next step by confirming its recertification in 2025, a demanding process that requires both rigour and conviction.
Their objectives were therefore twofold.
First, confirm their certification and showing that their efforts did not stop at initial recognition. Recertification is a way of proving the consistency of their commitment and their desire to embed sustainability in Poush’s DNA.
In addition, Poush wanted this project to be a collective endeavour. This type of certification cannot rely on one individual: it must engage the whole team. Everyone needed to feel responsible and involved.

Recertification has been a tremendous springboard for implementing new practices in their agency. Among the concrete initiatives, they have, for example, created a welcome pack for their new employees to strengthen their integration and disseminate Poush’s values from day one.
They have also formalised several internal processes, which improves their organisation on a daily basis.
Beyond these tools, the B Corp process helped Poush see where improvements were possible. They already had the motivation, but the support and framework of certification pushed them further, turning intentions into measurable results.
