Founded in Luxembourg in 2016, KEYTEO Luxembourg is a consulting firm with 50 consultants specialising in finance and IT.   

KEYTEO supports its clients on projects in digitalisation, cloud computing, data, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, as well as compliance, regulation and payment.  

This human-sized company’s consultants include developers, systems engineers, business analysts and project managers, enabling it to offer solutions tailored to the specific needs of its clients.

The challenge

The project arose from a genuine need for projection and evolution. CSR covers many areas, ranging from the environment to social issues and governance, and requires a structured approach and a wide range of expertise. Initially, this subject seemed quite distant from the company’s core business, which focuses on IT and finance. It was particularly challenging to mobilise and raise awareness among employees in a consulting firm where most of the teams work directly at client sites, limiting collective ownership of the initiative. Added to this was a lack of internal expertise in CSR and a lack of appropriate tools or methods for collecting and analysing the necessary data.

The strategy

KEYTEO wanted to strengthen its positive impact on the local ecosystem. As a consulting firm, KEYTEO wanted to integrate social responsibility into its overall strategy in order to reconcile economic performance with sustainable development. 

Their objective was to proactively respond to their clients’ expectations for transparency, ethics and sustainability, while strengthening confidence in and the quality of their consulting services. 

To provide the best possible support while taking into account their daily workload, the A Beautiful Green team has implemented the following approach:

The result

A Beautiful Green’s support enabled KEYTEO to transform scattered initiatives into a clear, coherent CSR strategy aligned with its founding values. This project reinforced openness through a participatory and transparent approach, simplicity by translating complex issues into concrete actions, and the desire to take action thanks to the collective dynamic created around the workshops. In concrete terms, KEYTEO was able to mobilise its employees, establish monitoring and communication indicators, anticipate regulatory changes such as the CSRD, and obtain the ESR Label (Entreprise Socialement Responsable) issued by the INDR. Beyond the tangible results, this collaboration has consolidated the corporate culture and positioned KEYTEO as a committed player, ready to support its customers in finding solutions that are both innovative and responsible.
